This year I'll be participating in the Missing Linck Festival as a homebrewer. I will be submitting my Pickle Gose with the added twist of the Missing Linck yeast pitched three days after my typical yeast - Philly Sour. I was inspired to use my Pickle Gose recipe after trying Urban Artifact's Pickle Beer which tasted more like raw brine and cucumbers as opposed to finished pickles. It's almost done fermenting and I hope it still tastes good with the Missing Linck yeast. Come out to the festival on June 3rd to try some good beer and learn more about the heritage of craft beer in Cincinnati.
